This year’s event is the result of exceptional collaboration between the Municipality of Vari Voula Vouliagmeni, the Hellenic Republic’s Ministry of Education and Sports, the Greek National Tourism Organisation, New Metropolitan Attica S.A., and led by event organizer Constantinos Nik. Mitropapas. The XTERRA platform continues to attract strategic partners who share a vision of leveraging world-class outdoor sport to benefit tourism, economic vitality, youth engagement, and environmental awareness.
Mayor Grigoris Konstantellos calls it “a golden opportunity for our city,” while General Secretary of Sports George Mavrotas notes the event “showcases the best part of the Athenian Riviera—both in development and competition.” President of the Hellenic Federation of Triathlon Christos Geitonas emphasizes that XTERRA Greece is “one of the few international events in our country that attracts top athletes, offering a world-class racing experience to all participants.”

Elite athletes will battle for a €15,000 prize purse and crucial World Cup points, while the festival-style weekend also features a Youth Tour qualifier, kids triathlon, aquathlons, and sustainability-driven family activities that bring the broader community into the celebration.

Event supporters also include Action 24 TV and Swimbikerun.gr Greece as XTERRA Greece continues to demonstrate what’s possible when high-performance sport, local passion, and purposeful partnership align.
