We are non-profit charity operated by a family that has experienced and endured the journey of having a medically fragile child with a rare disease. A 9-year-old child that ultimately left this earth because of his rare disease, but not without greatly impacting our lives in so many positive ways.

SCOPE OF WORK
Through Austin’s story and impact we will raise AWARENESS for those with rare diseases.

We draw on our many experiences with an ultra-rare disease to provide positive SUPPORT for others in need. We are not experts on rare diseases, our goal is to provide meaningful and helpful information as a resource to those patients and families in need.

RESEARCH is a major component of our core mission. Austin 1st works with the Raiden Science Foundation, the UBA5 Foundation, and other partnered organizations to work towards researching specifically the UBA5 gene mutation. Research may also be in areas to support dystonia, epilepsy, and rare disease in general. Research is needed for better medicines and treatment, improved testing and coordination of getting a diagnosis, more information, clinical studies, and awareness for both patients and the medical community. 

CHANGE is needed for improved medical care resources for those with rare disease, including: medical care plans for patients with complex rare diseases, streamlining communication between the medical community and patients, and increased local home care resources for nursing, therapy, and medical supplies. 

We will serve as a RESOURCE hub sourced from public and private organizations that provide services for those with rare diseases. Too many times people don't know what disability resources are available to them and they simply don't know whom to ask or even what questions to ask.

Funds raised through various means will go towards supporting the four areas of our core mission.

Sacramento Junior Championship presented by Morton Golf Foundation

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit association dedicated to the overall growth of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships.  With over 10,000 members ages 12-19 from 50 states and 60 foreign countries, the AJGA will conduct over 250 championships this year from January to December.  Each year AJGA seniors secure more than $26 million dollars in athletic and academic scholarships from participating in the AJGA. Through initiatives like the Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant, a financial assistance program, and Leadership Links, a service-oriented platform that teaches juniors charitable-giving skills, the AJGA fosters the growth of golf’s next generation. AJGA is open to explore new opportunities domestically and internationally. At this time, there is a strong priority to bring new events to the Western Region.

WI District Seven Rivers Event

The AAU Middle School National Duals bring some of the best young wrestlers in the country to Des Moines for a weekend of great competition and team spirit. Athletes from across the U.S. come together to represent their states and clubs in dual-style matches, all fighting for national bragging rights.

It’s an exciting event that highlights the future of wrestling, with plenty of energy both on and off the mats. Families and fans can also enjoy everything Des Moines has to offer — from great restaurants to fun local attractions.

AAU Middle School National Duals

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) has been raising champions for more than a century. Since its inception in 1888, the AAU has set the standard for amateur sports in the United States with one goal in mind: “Sports For All, Forever.” It is more than a motto – it has been the focus and drive of AAU for 130 years and counting for sports in the United States and throughout the world.

One of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, multi-sport event organizations in the world, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs. The AAU philosophy of “Sports For All, Forever” is now shared by nearly 800,000 members and 150,000 volunteers across 50+ sports programs and 55 U.S. districts.

The AAU was founded in 1888 to establish standards and uniformity in amateur sport. During its early years the AAU served as a leader in international sport representing the U.S. in the international sports federations. The AAU worked closely with the Olympic movement to prepare athletes for the Olympic games. In the late 1970's, the AAU reshifted its focus and efforts to providing sports programs for all participants of all ages beginning at the grassroots level.

In 1996, the AAU joined forces with Walt Disney World. Later that year, the AAU relocated its national headquarters to Orlando, Florida becoming one of two anchor tenants at what is now ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex (the Atlanta Braves being the other). More than 60 AAU national events are conducted annually at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex - featuring a new 300,000 square foot arena, 9,500 seat baseball stadium, baseball quadraplex, two indoor fieldhouses that accommodate hardwood courts, a softball diamondplex, youth baseball fields, a track and field complex and multi-purpose performance fields.

The Tamara Yerofeyeva International Rhythmic Gymnastics Invitational brings elite rhythmic gymnasts from across the country and around the world to compete at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. 2026 Black Hills Nationals Wrestling Tournament

The International Girls Cup of McKinney, Texas is the largest and most competitive international girls only tournament in the United States. 

The 2025 tournament featured top teams from across the United States as well as elite teams from countries such as Denmark, Columbia, Mexico, the Netherlands, France, and Canada.

U90C SPORTS is a independent event management company located in North Texas.  The company launched in 2012 with the goal of upgrading the tournament and league experience in the Dallas area and establish a high standard in which events are delivered to competitive youth teams across the US.

U90C owns and operates multiple tournament and league brands hosting thousands of competitive youth soccer teams each year.  The most recognized U90C tournament is the Premier SuperCopa, hosting the most competitive U9-U12 Boys & Girls teams in the nation each Summer.  In May of 2022 U90C launched SUPERCOPA+ for U12-U16 Boys & Girls.  The inaugural year featured teams representing 18 different states, with several of the teams going on to win National Championships in their respective leagues.

U90C has experienced amazing success in the North Texas competitive youth soccer market.  The company has established a reputation of delivering high quality, professional events by dedicating focus to proper seeding of teams, honoring coach's conflicts, and having laser-focused attention to providing excellent customer service. 

In addition to a professional approach to running and managing youth soccer events, U90C has introduced proprietary value services to the market so the customer experience is unique to U90C events.  These services are called the U90C ProServices and are created specifically for coaches, team managers, parents, and players. In 2016 U90C expanded its footprint outside the North Texas market into  South Texas and Oklahoma with the introduction of their Soccer Tour, Red River NPL, and the NTX Regional Premier League.

Intercollegiate National Championships

Founded in 1948, the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) provides qualified individuals with physical disabilities the opportunity to play, learn and compete in the sport of wheelchair basketball. The NWBA values unequivocal excellence in all aspects of the organization; we strive for excellence with integrity and respect; we recognize our rich tradition as a solid foundation; we celebrate the development of our members and our community; and we believe in the pursuit of competitive excellence always. The NWBA is the longest standing and largest Disabled Sports Organization (DSO) in the world. Currently, the NWBA serves over 2,300 individual players, and 210 teams. These players include men, women, youth, and veterans who have a physical disability. Wheelchair basketball is played at various skill and competition levels.

A collaboration model has been developed and adopted by the NWBA. The basic premise of this model is that the non-profit, private, and public sectors will leverage their respective strengths in an effort to attain the NWBA’s fund raising goal. In addition, funds for identified priorities will include contributions from multiple partners. No single entity will be responsible for funding a project. The goal is to fund these community priorities through collaboration.Key Affiliations include: USA Basketball, National Basketball Association (NBA), United States Olympic Committee (USOC), USA Paralympics, and International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF). In addition, the NWBA has partnerships with the Lakeshore Foundation and SPIRE Institute - officially designated USOC and USA Paralympic Training Sites. We are also involved with college programs in eight universities that allows members to be student athletes....many with basketball scholarships. Universities include the University of Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Alabama and Auburn


National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA)

The 2026 USA Curling Junior National Championships are heading to Bismarck, and the Capital Ice Complex will come alive March 30–April 4 as the top U21 athletes from across the country compete for one of curling’s most prestigious junior titles. Spectators can expect a high-intensity championship atmosphere, with the ice at Wachter Arena prepared specifically for competitive curling, creating the same fast, precise conditions seen at major national events. Every end is played with strategy, precision, and heart, and with the updated eight-end format, the action is fast, dynamic, and filled with momentum-shifting moments. Located in Eagan, Minnesota, The United States Curling Association, more commonly known as USA Curling, is the National Governing Body of the Olympic sport of curling and the Paralympic sport of wheelchair curling in the United States. 

The mission of USA Curling is to enable United States athletes to achieve sustained competitive excellence and to promote and grow the sport of curling in the United States. Through providing resources and programming for athlete, coach, officiating, and club evolution, USA Curling is committed to developing pathways that continue to grow the sport and foster a community that is inclusive to all.

Ogden, Utah, has been selected to host the 2026 LGT World Men’s Curling Championship, bringing the world’s top curling teams to the Weber County Ice Sheet from March 28 – April 5, 2026.

Located 35 miles north of Salt Lake City on the Weber State University campus, this Olympic-caliber venue has a rich history in winter sports. This championship will be one of the first major international curling events following the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games. The Jackie Robinson Training Complex, formerly Historic Dodgertown, was the longtime spring training home of the Dodgers. Now managed and operated by Major League Baseball, we offer teams an all-inclusive, distraction-free and secure spring training experience on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Your team's accommodations, meals, practices, games and recreation will all take place within our 80-acre historic baseball resort.
