Registration is now open for the Noble Trails’ Annual 5K Run/Walk being held on Saturday, April 27th at the Gene Stratton Porter State Historic Site in Rome City.
Registration fees are $35 for adults and free for children under age 18. Registration is available online until noon on Friday, April 26th at http://www.nobletrails.org. On-site registration will be available on the morning of the event at no extra charge. Participants registering before April 12 will receive a free t-shirt on the day of the event. Those registering after that date will receive a certificate to pick up a t-shirt at Betty Lou Designs and Graphics in downtown Kendallville after the event.
Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 27th, and the run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m. Awards will be given to the top three males and the top three females who complete the race. The route begins at Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site and will follow the local roads to the Fishing Line Trail. The route will turn back to the finish line at Gene Stratton Porter.
