We’ve expanded from just Texas to now Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Looking to add states in 2025!
What makes a Destination stand out when selecting a host?
A compatible venue for our event with an accepting market!
What are your “nice to haves” vs. your “non-negotiables”?
Nice to Haves: 200,000+ population size, multiple Venues to choose from.
Non-Negotiables: Involvement with City/CVB, Venue with 2,000+ seating capacity, Venue willing to work with us!
Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, are you looking for new locations to host events? What geographic areas are you most interested in, or are you open to opportunities across the United States? Are you interested in going international (if so, where?).
We are certainly looking for new locations for our event in new states and new cities in existing states. We are not looking to go international as of now.
When can Destinations expect to see a new RFPs/Opportunities from your Organization? If you have an RFP currently listed, are you still looking for interest? When are the best times for Destinations to reach out to you if they are interested?
We are currently trying to finish our 2025 schedule and look to start our 2026 schedule at the 2024 Teams Conference. Any State willing to host our event with the appropriate venue and market interests us the most!
Does anyone from your team attend Sports Tourism Conferences? (If yes, which ones)
Yes, Teams and US Sports Conference!
Have you had any successful partnerships with Destinations in the past, and if so, could you list those?
Yes, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Lubbock, and Tulsa to this point.
Is there anything else you would like Destinations to know about your organization?
We are currently implementing Hybrid events into our organization, which means we won’t only have MMA, but Boxing, 4 Oz Muay Thai, and Bare Knuckle Boxing incorporated at our events. To this point we are the only promotion doing this globally.
