The 67th Jr. Boy’s World Series is heading to Opelika, Alabama

The 67th Jr. Boy’s World Series will take place July 21st-26th at West Ridge Park in Opelika, Alabama. Hosted by the city of Opelika Parks and Recreation, and Auburn-Opelika Tourism. Twelve teams from eight different states across the south will be attending. States that have teams attending and competing for the championship include Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Virginia. The opening ceremonies will take place from 5 to 6, with the first game of the world series starting at 6. The championship game will take place on Tuesday the 25th at 6pm. We are beyond grateful for the Jr. Boy’s World Series choosing Opelika as the host city this year, and have been working hard to make this event one the kids will remember forever! A special thanks to our local community, and the Opelika Parks and Rec to make this event possible.

Some of our local entertainment venues, such as Rock ‘N Roll Pinball and Tiger Town Sports, have even provided discounted play for the players and their families. We are also happy to partner with local food truck vendors to provide the opening ceremony cookout! We are excited to see players and their families travel from all across the south to compete for the championship and we look forward to serving them as the host city!
