While nature has provided the area with incredible natural venues, the region possesses numerous man-made outdoor venues, including baseball and softball fields, as well as large outdoor fields, turf and grass for sports such as soccer, lacrosse, Quidditch and ultimate frisbee. Looking for some competitive golf? The region boasts golf courses, including a championship par 70 Donald Ross-designed course and a course carved onto the side of French Mountain, with spectacular views of the south end of Lake George. What about disc golf? The Professional Disc Golf Association recently joined at Crandall Park for the grand opening of the course in June!
