Twin Cities gateway was so excited to see 72 teams and over 1,000 girls at this year’s All American Girls tournament at the NSC Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota!
This event began before midwestern schools established varsity women’s hockey and preceded the first NCAA sanctioned tournament by eight years. In 1995, the tournament expanded to include high school and youth divisions, making it the largest girls’ and women’s ice hockey tournament in the United States.
