College Park Center is a multipurpose arena at the University of Texas at Arlington's campus. Home to both UTA’s men’s basketball and the WNBA's Dallas Wings, the facility includes a 8,400-square-foot arena floor as well as two practice courts. For sporting events, it can seat up to 7,000 screaming fans. UTA also has you covered when it comes to track and field with the 12,000-seat multipurpose Maverick Stadium.
Are you planning something that could benefit from nearly 100,000 square feet? Surprisingly, the Esports Stadium Arlington is a natural fit for many sporting events. Connected to the Sheraton Hotel, this world-class venue can host sports such as fencing and martial arts.
With the Arlington Independent School District, you are spoiled for choices. The school district contains 23 large football, soccer, or lacrosse fields and more than 28 small soccer fields. Not to mention six baseball fields, 10 youth baseball fields, 45 tennis courts, and four track and field stadiums. How's that for options?
Arlington Parks and Recreation is another treasure trove of possibilities. Facilities include a wide range of soccer and baseball fields, including three tee-ball fields and a miracle league field for children with disabilities. There are also two aquatic facilities for all your swimming and water aerobics needs.
