Cecil County is located on the Upper Chesapeake Bay, midway between Philadelphia and Baltimore. Discover charming small towns, parks with miles of trails, specialty and antique shops, award winning restaurants, and inns. Travel details

From Baltimore & Points to the West
Travel northbound on I-95, take Exit #109, and follow the ramp marked "Elkton," and Md. Rt. 279. Once on Rt. 279, travel to the second traffic light at the intersection with North Street (Md. Rt. 268), and turn left. The Elkton Middle School will be at this intersection. Continue southbound on North Street to the third traffic light. Turn left at the "T" intersection onto Main Street. The road goes up a hill through town, and the Circuit Court is on the left!
