The Chautauqua-Lake Erie Region of Western New York comes alive each autumn with brilliant fall foliage and favorite seasonal events. Hike through the colorful leaves on miles of multi-use trails or in an ancient forest with giant rock formations at Panama Rocks. Take in a panoramic view of fall foliage at Luensman Overview Park, Erlandson Overview Park and the surrounding area atop the Dunkirk Lighthouse. Get up close and personal look of the colorful leaves while climbing among the treetops on Peek'n Peak Resort's Mountain Adventures.

Attend fall focused events throughout September and October including Peek'n Peak Resort's Fall Fest. Play a round a golf on over a dozen public golf courses or experience world-class fall fishing including an annual run of migratory rainbow trout called "steelhead" in Lake Erie's tributary system.
