About USA Taekwondo Team Trials 2027-2030 RFP

Team Trials is held annually. The highest ranked athletes from across the Nation compete to become the USA National team member and qualify for the chance to compete internationally representing the United States. The competition is open to athletes from 12 years of age and older who have obtained their black belts and qualified through other National level competitions. Competition categories include Poomsae (forms), Para, and Sparring.

For the Team Trials we are looking for dates in mid-January.

The competition will be Friday through Sunday. Move-in will be Thursday with check-in beginning Thursday and move out will be Sunday at the conclusion of the tournament.

USATKD is currently accepting bids for the competitions in this bid packet. The deadline for submitting proposals for 2027 is April 1, 2025. For 2028, the deadline is April 1,2026. For 2029, the deadline is April 1, 2027, and for 2030, the deadline is April 1, 2028.
