The International Slow Pitch Softball (ISPS) organization is seeking proposals from qualified
developers, facility owners, or real estate professionals to provide a suitable location that will
serve as the ISPS global headquarters. The location must meet certain requirements to support
the operations of the organization and be conducive to our mission of promoting slow pitch
softball globally. The headquarters should include a combination of office spaces, athletic fields,
training areas, medical and rehabilitation facilities, and amenities to support athletes, staff, and
visitors.

In exchange for favorable terms, ISPS will guarantee the hosting of all ISPS National,
Regional (within that area), and World Championships at the selected facility. Additionally,
ISPS will commit to hosting a variety of programming, training sessions, clinics, podcasts,
press conferences, annual conventions, congresses, and other media events at the
location, ensuring regular activity and exposure for the site.

Naming rights for the facility and all associated areas will be controlled by ISPS to reflect the
organization's branding and commercial interests, with exclusive authority over field names,
advertising, and marketing rights.
