Thank you for your interest in our tournament at the Highlands Sport Complex! Teams will be accepted into the tournament when payment is received. In order to secure your spot in this tournament, your tournament entry fee must be received by December 15, 2023. OVVC reserves the right to remove your team from the tournament if payment is not received by December 15.

Spectator Fee - $10.00 (ages 19+)

We look forward to hosting you and your team at the HSC. Finazlied pools and match order can be found on the OVR website tournament page on the week of the event.

DOORS OPEN AT 7:00 AM BOTH DAYS. COACHES MEETING AT 7:30 AM ON COURT 1. TOURNAMENT BEGINS AT 8:00 AM.

SEATING/CAMPING: There is bleacher seating available on all courts as well as is in the mezzanine area. Any chairs must have rubber footing and may only be placed around the perimeter of the facility – NO CHAIRS IN FRONT OF ANY DIVIDERS OR BETWEEN COURTS. Players may camp upstairs, but may not camp in the gymnasium.

This tournament will follow OVR format for each 12-team tournament (8 teams to gold, 4 to silver). For an 8 team tournament, 4 teams to gold, 4 to silver.

Pool Play and Work Assignments are as follows. Match 1: 1 vs. 3 (2) Match 2: 2 vs. 4 (1) Match 3 :1 vs. 4 (3) Match 4: 2 vs. 3 (1) Match 5: 3 vs. 4 (2) Match 6: 1 vs. 2 (4)

Awards will be given to the gold champion and runner up teams in each divisions.

There will be a full concession stand available as well as t-shirt and apparel sales.

No outside food or large coolers will be permitted in the facility.
