EVENT INFORMATION
The AMC Volleyball Tournament will be held Nov. 13-15, 2025. The first date (Thursday) is reserved for a Tournament Banquet. An eight-team single-elimination Tournament is played Friday and Saturday. Quarterfinals and semifinals are Friday, Championship match is Saturday.

SITE SELECTION PROCESS
During the bid evaluation process, a Zoom will be scheduled between the bidding organization and representatives from the AMC. At minimum, the AMC representatives will include the 1-2 members of the Conference Office Staff, the chair of the Volleyball Coaches Committee, the Volleyball Administrative Liaison and two other coaches. Additional coaches, athletic training and sports information personnel may also be included. At the discretion of the Conference, or request of the bidding organization, a site visit may be made in place of or in addition to the Zoom meeting.

BID TIMELINE
The bid submission process is currently open for the 2025 American Midwest Conference Volleyball Tournament. Bids will be reviewed by the AMC Office and the Volleyball Coaches Committee upon submission.

Bids for the 2025 AMC Volleyball Tournament are due March 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

The AMC Office will be in communication with bid submitter throughout the process. The final decision on the event site is expected to be made by the AMC Board of Athletics Administrators at its Spring Meeting on March 25, 2025 but will be made no later than the Conference Annual Meeting on August 5, 2025.
