About The American Jump Rope National Championship

A number of people have jumped a rope or seen someone do it. The American Jump Rope National Championship takes that to the highest level as a sport and brings together the best jumpers (jump rope athletes) from around the United States for a 7-day event, with 5 days of freestyle and speed competition. In the days leading up to the event, activation events can be held in addition to time for setup and athlete training/practice.

Age division championships are held on the first 4 days of competition, with the tournament culminating in the Grand National Championship held on the final day of competition, where the top jumpers, regardless of age, compete to become grand national champions.
