About Hype Nation Volleyball Destination RFP

Please see attached document for updated information regarding host requirements. Our 2025 season hosted 69 tournaments in 19 states & 34 destinations, with an average tournament size of 144 teams. The Hype Nation Network is built by a group of four brands operating tournaments across the United States.

A typical event timeline:
Friday: afternoon arrival & setup of the tournament office in a multi purpose room. We typically have everything setup by 6pm. There is no major setup or heavy lifting & we do not use the courts.
Saturday: doors open to guests at 7am with gameplay beginning at 8am. Gameplay then runs all day, typically completed by 10pm.
Sunday: same start time as Saturday, with game play finishing by 5pm (on average - varies based on number of teams). Tournament directors have everything packed & out of the venue by 8pm.

With our season starting in January, venues need to be booked by the previous May. For example, we are not considering any new dates for 2025, and 2026 events need to be booked by May 2025.

Hype Nation Volleyball represents the Hype Nation Network, a group of four brands operating volleyball tournaments. The brands include Hype Nation, Showtime Events, Level 12 Sports & Vette City Events.

Our season runs from January - April. Would only consider dates within this timeline.
