WELCOME
K365 Philadelphia Kickball Tournament is a two day Coed and Women's Circuit Event in Pennsylvania, open to kickball teams from all over the world. This is a Major event, which qualifies Established teams for the Circuit Cup Championship (CCC) 2024. Established teams qualify for CCC by playing in at least one Major. Philadelphia is the fourth of four Majors of the regular season. You also have the option to play as an "Availables" team if your team is not attending, you want to play with your friends, or play the field a little.

ELIGIBILITY
ESTABLISHED TEAMS

A captain may declare an Established Team by registering for a Major event. Any additional player who registers with the Established Team at any Major becomes part of that Established Team roster. An Established team may carry no more than 20 players to a single Major and no more than 24 total over the course of a season. Any players over this amount forces a player(s) to be dropped. Once you register and play for an Established team, that is your team, unless you transfer. If a player transfers from one Established team to another Established team, they are no longer counted towards the original team's count.

Anyone who meets the above criteria, who registers and plays as part of an Established Team at a 2023-2024 Major, is eligible to compete with that team at The Circuit Cup Championship (CCC) 2024. CCC rosters are also capped at 20 total players.

AVAILABLES TEAMS

An Availables Team is any team competing at a Major Event that does not qualify as an Established Team. An Availables Team may not have more than 15 veteran players on its roster. An Availables Team may not have more than four (4) players from a single Established Team and may add any number of Rookies to its roster for a Circuit Event.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
* A Non-Playing Coach (NPC) does not count toward the roster of the Established Team.
* A Rookie is any player who has competed in two (2) or fewer Circuit events in the division. Any number of rookies may be added to an Availables roster.
* A division is considered either Coed or Women's. As an example, playing in three women's events but zero coed events would make that player a rookie in the co-ed division but not in the women's division.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

Early - $75: Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST

Regular - $90: Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST

Late - $100: Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST

Emergency - $110: Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 11:59pm EST/8:59pm PST (Registration will be closed in the system. The only way to be added to a roster, is by writing in for an exception with a reason. If approved, you will be manually added.)

ROOKIES
*** NEW THIS YEAR *** Rookie2023 is a 10% off code for Rookies: a player playing their first time in either division, or has not played in more than 4 years, in any of our tournaments.

DOUBLE PLAY
*** NEW THIS YEAR *** DoublePlay23 is a $15 code for women playing in both the Coed and the Women's Division. This code will be applied to the second division that the player registers for in a specific event.

NON-PLAYING COACHES
*** NEW THIS YEAR *** Each team is allowed, but not required, to have a maximum of two (2) Non-Playing Coaches. Non-Playing Coaches can receive COMPLETELY DISCOUNTED ENTRY by using the code NONPLAYINGCOACH365 at the time of registration before the same player registration deadlines.
