The 2025 Golf Performance Academy Junior Championship is set to take place from April 17 to April 20, 2025, at the Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club's Island Course in Palm Harbor, Florida. This esteemed tournament, part of the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) circuit, will feature a field of 132 junior golfers aged 12 to 19 competing in a 54-hole stroke play format, with a 36-hole cut. The Island Course, renowned for its challenging layout, will play at approximately 7,054 yards for boys and 5,997 yards for girls. The event will be preceded by an official practice round on April 17, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the course. Competitors and attendees can look forward to witnessing some of the nation's top junior golf talent vying for the championship title.

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit association dedicated to the overall growth of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships.  With over 10,000 members ages 12-19 from 50 states and 60 foreign countries, the AJGA will conduct over 250 championships this year from January to December.  Each year AJGA seniors secure more than $26 million dollars in athletic and academic scholarships from participating in the AJGA. Through initiatives like the Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant, a financial assistance program, and Leadership Links, a service-oriented platform that teaches juniors charitable-giving skills, the AJGA fosters the growth of golf’s next generation. AJGA is open to explore new opportunities domestically and internationally. At this time, there is a strong priority to bring new events to the Western Region.
