The GET Fortnite Showdown & Festival (“Event”) is where elite competition and entertainment collide to create the ultimate fanfare experience. The Event will take place over a two-day period, typically Saturday to Sunday, and will feature a live action, on stage and streamed, exhilarating Battle Royale gameplay in each of the hosting cities. In addition to the broadcasted tournament with cash and prizes, the fanfare festival will feature immersive environments and activations bringing gaming worlds to life for an all-ages to create exciting entertainment for a multi-generational extravagant weekend.

Each Global Esports Tour Event is expected to host a minimum of 100 players (professional and amateur) per event, and approximately 10,000 attendees over the two-day period.

The multi-day weekend will feature two stages of excitement and action throughout the weekend as follows:

The Tournament Stage experience will include:
• Fortnight Battle Royal gaming live each day with semi-finals and final match competitions
• Opening and Closing Ceremonies
• MC Host & Celebrity Commentators presenting the Fortnite Battle Royal Finals Competition
• Live celebrity music performances and DJ performances
• Audience games and giveaways

Each day, as a special highlight during tournament intermission there will be a Celebrity Exhibition Match with A-list music stars competing head-to-head in both current and retro games, surely a press worthy event to garner mass media press coverage. The main stage will include live performances throughout the weekend highlighted by a headlining music showcase to end the first day with a bang.

The Festival Fanfare Experience Main Activation Stage experience will include:
• Meet-n-greet opportunities with celebrity music, elite gamers and influencers
• Onstage panels where fans can hear from developers, pros, and industry innovators
• Live DJ performances throughout the weekend
• Cosplay characters
• Dance exhibitions
• Audience games and giveaways
• Local arts, culture, and innovation showcases

The Festival Fanfare Experience floor will include:
• Multiple Activations and Experiential exhibits ranging from high tech, gaming, art, culture and fashion all brought to life with top tier brand partners
• Activities like Airsoft Target and Competition range, RC Car Racing, and virtual reality activations
• Star Mall marketplace to buy merchandise, clothing, gadgets
• Art and theme exhibits including the Fortnite Battle Bus
• Themed Food vendors, lounges and more

Optionally - pending Host City objectives, infrastructure, and involvement - we can develop themed programs and special initiatives before, throughout, and after the event. For example:
• Industry Day Conference with innovative on-stage talks and educational programming
• Immersive Popups, Fan Zones and Experiential Activations at local hotspots, tourism packages, and non-game day revenue-generating opportunities
• Partnerships with local businesses, cultural institutions, and educational entities to enhance the event’s impact and sustainability, and drive visitor dispersal to key attractions
• Digital, video, content, and campaign production aligned with event themes and Host City’s tourism, placemaking, and sector development goals
• Live entertainment, music, and talent sourcing within the main event or external venues


The Global Esports Tour (GET) is the premier series of professional & experiential esports competitions that take place across the world in the most iconic cities. The Global Esports Tour brings world-class teams to compete in world-class cities all around the globe and each stop features premier gaming, fanfare and excitement in each of the markets. The current hosting cities range from Rio de Janeiro, Riyadh, Peru, Istanbul, Santiago, Singapore, Qatar and soon throughout North America as GET continues to expand and reach millions of viewers worldwide.

We are currently seeking bids from potential host cities in North America seeking to host our multi-day events and leverage the popularity, reach and impact of video games, esports, and live entertainment to boost tourism, enhance community, and support local creative industries.

Our aim is for:
• 2025: 3-4 markets
• 2026: 4-6 markets (leading up to the 2026 Global Esports Games, hosted in December of 2026 in the USA)
