About 2025 USA Wheelchair Handball Elite Athlete ID Camp

The USA Team Handball Wheelchair National Team has partnered with the City of Auburn, Auburn Parks and Recreation to host the upcoming 2025 Elite Athlete ID Camp, Training Camp, and Send-Off Camp at the brand-new Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as the team’s official home base as they prepare for Euro Hand 4 All in Lyon, France this summer.

This collaboration represents a significant milestone in the team’s pursuit of #OperationGold. The organization extends sincere appreciation to Sarah Holcombe-Cook, MPA, Alison Hall, CPRP, and the entire Visit Auburn-Opelika team for their shared vision, dedication, and unwavering support in bringing this initiative to life.
