About South Dakota Middle School All-State Band

This year marks the 26th Annual South Dakota Music Educators Association Middle School All-State Band. SDMEA takes great pride in this event as a way to provide an opportunity for students who thrive on challenge and expertise.

This event takes place on Friday, March 7th, and Saturday, March 8th, 2025 at the Mitchell High School Performing Arts Center. Students arrive for rehearsal on Friday and Saturday with a concluding concert on
Saturday afternoon. Students receive instruction from renowned educators.
