The AJGA / LPGA Tour Legends Championship brings together 30 LPGA Tour Legends Players and the best 60 female junior golfers in the world for three rounds of championship golf. This unique event will provide the opportunity for 60 female junior golfers on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Tour to compete alongside the 30-player LPGA Tour Legends field for their own individual title. This unique format marks the first time that the AJGA and the LPGA Legends Tour have partnered to showcase the stars of today competing inside-the-ropes with the future of the game, creating an unprecedented week of education, access, and mentorship to inspire the next generation of collegiate and LPGA Tour stars. It will have both an amateur division for the AJGA Girls and a professional division for the LPGA Tour Legends players.

2026 AJGA / LPGA Tour Legends Championship

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit association dedicated to the overall growth of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships.  With over 10,000 members ages 12-19 from 50 states and 60 foreign countries, the AJGA will conduct over 250 championships this year from January to December.  Each year AJGA seniors secure more than $26 million dollars in athletic and academic scholarships from participating in the AJGA. Through initiatives like the Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant, a financial assistance program, and Leadership Links, a service-oriented platform that teaches juniors charitable-giving skills, the AJGA fosters the growth of golf’s next generation. AJGA is open to explore new opportunities domestically and internationally. At this time, there is a strong priority to bring new events to the Western Region.
