​The 2025 "Throw The Heater (Rings)" tournament is a USSSA-sanctioned baseball event scheduled for June 7 to June 8, 2025, in the Clearwater area of Florida. This state qualifier tournament is open to teams in age divisions ranging from 8U to 14U. The entry fees vary between $150 and $350, depending on the age group and division. Games will be held at multiple venues, including Canal Park in Oldsmar, Dunedin Complex in Dunedin, Ed Radice Sports Complex in Tampa, and several others across the region.

The United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) is a volunteer, sports governing body and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Viera, Florida. Originally USSSA stood for United States Slowpitch Softball Association. 

However, in 1998, USSSA rebranded the name to United States Specialty Sports Association, because it expanded into other sports, including youth girls fastpitch, boys baseball, youth basketball, martial arts and more. USSSA governs 13 sports across the US, Puerto Rico, various US Military bases and Canada, and has a membership of over 3.7 million.
