Gary Pirkle Park is a world-class park featuring 67 acres of land with Richland Creek running through, three synthetic turf fields (255,000 sq.ft. which is the largest in the Southeast), two natural grass fields, a giant playground under a 90' solar-powered pavilion, 1.7 miles of paved and lighted walking trails and benches, viewing grandstands, public WiFi, restrooms, two concession facilities, 60' x 40' picnic pavilions, and a community garden.
