About Schaumburg Convention Center
This 100,000-square-foot convention center has the capability to configure into multiple floor plans to accommodate a wide range of sporting events. An additional 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space includes the 26,000 square foot Schaumburg Ballroom and several junior ballrooms, breakout and office space areas. Located 12 miles from O’Hare International Airport, the convention center offers free on-site parking and is connected to the 500 guest rooms and suites at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel for athletes and spectators traveling from out of town. The entire facility is managed by Marriott International and you will only have one contract for the entire facility. This is a non-union facility. The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel hosts several cheer and dance events annually and was proud host of the USA Karate National Championships and Team Trials in July of 2019 with more coming in the future.
