The Putnam County Family YMCA is located at 235 Raider Drive, Cookeville, TN directly across from Avery Trace Middle School. The facility offers a state-of-the-art wellness center, an indoor six-lane lap pool, free group fitness classes, personal training, locker rooms with showers & saunas, child care and sports fields.

We also offer programs such as swim lessons, swim team, soccer, diabetes outreach, summer day camp and community events just to name a few.
