The Southern Area Aquatics and Recreation Complex (SAARC) is the first multi-generational recreational center. The building includes a natatorium, a double gymnasium, and flexible programmable space on the entry-level. The second level includes a fitness center and running track. Three separate bodies of water include a 25-yard Lap Pool with six lanes, a leisure pool, and a spa. The facility also includes three pieces of public art that draw inspiration from the 150-year-old Willow Oak tree located adjacent to the building.
