The facility is ideally located less than a mile off of I-40 and is walking distance from all the shopping and restaurant amenities of the Cary Towne Center.

The facility is open to the public and available to all aquatic organizations and community groups without membership.

TAC is approximately 72,000 square feet and includes:
•50-meter eight-lane competition pool
•10-lane 25 yard pool
•A warm water teaching pool

Supporting amenities will include:
•Spacious locker rooms
•Dry land area
•1-meter diving
•Food service
•Spectator seating for 1,000
•Offices
