About Rochester Recreation Center

The Rochester Recreation Center is a unique venue, offering first class competition space for both Swimming & Diving, Ice Hockey, and Figure Skating events. Recently renovated in 2017, the swimming pool is one of only two Olympic-size pools in the state of Minnesota and features state of the art water filtration equipment, in-deck timing systems, a seating capacity of over 1,000, and a 10’ x 33’ High Definition Scoreboard to post up to the second results and live video.

The building also contains two NHL size sheets of ice, including a main rink with a seating capacity of 2,508. The Recreation Center is home to the Rochester Grizzlies, an NAHL Junior Hockey team, as well as the Rochester Figure Skating Club.
