With continual updates to the facility, Beard Field at Nittany Lion Softball Park has transformed into a state-of-the-art space. Among its features are locker rooms, a team lounge, a media room, a trainer's office, indoor batting cages, and an equipment room, providing a variety of amenities for its teams.

For fans, the park offers excellent views from all around, along with access to a concession stand, restrooms, merchandise sales, and views of the brand-new video board located just behind left field. Other recent updates include a new irrigation system and new field lighting. The complex is also ADA accessible.
