First-class sports and entertainment is presented year-round at the EagleBank Arena on the George Mason University Campus (formerly The Patriot Center). This multi-purpose 10,000-seat venue hosts events ranging from basketball games to concerts to family shows and featured performers.

The John Linn Memorial Gymnasium, located in the Recreation Athletic Complex (RAC), is the home of the men's and women's volleyball teams and wrestling team, and seats 2,800 spectators. It has been the site of several CAA championship events and hosted an NCAA Tournament volleyball match in 1996.

Raymond H. "Hap" Spuhler Field is widely regarded as one of the top collegiate baseball complexes in the Mid-Atlantic region. It has grandstand seating for 900 spectators, an enclosed press box and an electronic scoreboard. The field was named the 2002 Sports Turf Managers Association Baseball Field of the Year in the College/University Division.
