Welcome to the home of EXPRESSIONS in Motion Dance & Gymnastics Studio, a fresh idea in performing arts, fitness, and personal growth.

The concept of EXPRESSIONS in Motion began developing in 1990 but was not 'put in motion' until 2007. The Studio opened in January of 2008, and we've been very blessed with continuing success!

This venture was initiated to re-establish the joy and passion I lost when my mother went to 'dance with the angels' and I made the incredibly difficult decision to leave her studios after more than 30 years of teaching.
