Waukegan’s Greg Petry SportsPark (also known as the SportsPark) is an award-winning, state-of-the-art sports complex. Enjoy Illinois named us “the top sports complex in Northern Illinois” and “a perfect place to host tournaments and events.” The SportsPark features 14 soccer fields (one championship synthetic field), 4 softball fields, a 685-space parking lot, maintenance facility, concession complex, and a water “sprayground”, approximately 4 miles of pathways and walking trails, 16.5 acres of native plantings, and bioswales and rain gardens to provide additional beauty and water quality treatment.
