A glimpse into Troon Golf’s past bears testimony to its current success. Dana Garmany, Troon Golf’s founder, was inspired by a vision to deliver the same type of championship, world-class golf to daily-fee golfers that previously could be experienced only at expensive resort golf courses and elite private clubs. That vision became a reality in 1990 when Troon Golf opened the Southwest’s preeminent golf facility, Troon North Golf Club, located near Troon’s worldwide corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. In just over a decade since Troon North Golf Club opened its doors, Troon Golf has grown its management portfolio to more than 185 courses and elite private golf clubs located throughout the world, with corporate offices in Tokyo, Japan, Brisbane, Australia, Lugano, Switzerland, and Dubai, UAE. Troon’s march toward excellence continues, as new and existing golf course owners continue to capitalize on Troon’s management expertise.
