About Gary Hampton Softball Complex

This 15.45-acre park was acquired in 1995 through the Park Land Dedication Ordinance. Developed into a 4-plex softball complex with 300-foot fields, the facility hosts games for girls, adults and tournaments.

By hosting such events as the Pitch for the Cure Tournament, the Fay Ro Tournament, the Arctic Classic Tournament, the Tyson Tournament, the Gary Hampton Youth National Invitation Tournament, the Don Glass Adult National Invitational Tournaments, the 8 and Under Slow Pitch World Series and the 35 and Older World Tournament, this facility is credited with bringing approximately $3 million to the City of Fayetteville's economy since opening in 2000.
