About Downtown YMCA

The Downtown Boise YMCA opened its doors in 1968 and has since been a landmark in the Downtown Boise area. We currently help over 15,000 active youth, adult, and family members lead a healthier, happier life through the following facility features and amenities:

Fitness studios that house a wide variety of Group Exercise programs
