Since being purchased by the Town in 2008, the 16-acre property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the Steam Pump Ranch buildings have undergone significant rehabilitation for preservation and public access.
Steam Pump Ranch grounds are open to the public from sunrise to sunset with office hours in the restored Garage Building Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
The Heirloom Farmers Market takes place on the premises every Saturday, and Town of Oro Valley hosts Second Saturday events alongside the Heirloom Farmers Market from October through April. Many special events and community events take place at the ranch throughout the year. Please visit the Parks and Recreation homepage for more information on upcoming events.
