About Mike Morgan Family Park

This park is named after Las Vegan and professional baseball player Mike Morgan. Morgan graduated from Valley High School in 1978, and was the starting pitcher for the Oakland Athletics. Morgan has become one of only 25 players to perform in four decades. He ended his career pitching for the Arizona Diamondbacks, his 12th major team.
