NCAA Division II
Lander has numerous athletic teams that are continually ranked within the top 25 in the country, and are highly competitive in the Peach Belt Conference and NCAA Division II. Lander's men’s tennis, golf, and soccer teams, as well as the women’s basketball team, have made recent appearances in regional and national tournaments.

Esports
Lander competes in the Peach Belt Conference League of Legends, a multiplayer online battle arena video game, and one of the most popular games among Esports participants worldwide. With the world championships attracting more viewers than the Super Bowl, gamers are seen by many as the new athletes.

Club Sports
Lander’s club sports give students of all abilities an opportunity to compete for fun against other area colleges and universities. Our current offerings include bass fishing, men's and women's rugby, baseball, crossfit, women's volleyball, running and water skiing.

Intramurals
Our robust Intramural Sports program is dedicated to facilitating sports leagues among students, faculty and staff. Students can even begin their own programs, meaning the options are nearly limitless.
