About Eastside Sports Complex and Willards Park

The Eastside Youth Sports Complex and the Willards Park and Recreation Area are located right next to each other in the town of Willards. The Eastside Complex is the newer of the two facilities and provides three well-maintained baseball fields with electronic scoreboards, dugouts, and bleachers. Plus, there is a permanent concession building with restroom facilities and a nice playground area. The Eastside Complex is home to the Willards Little League, which offers several divisions of play including t-ball, machine-pitch, juniors, minors, and majors.

The Willards Park and Recreation Area provides an additional ball field along with a basketball court, two tennis courts, a multi-use field, and a playground area with a pavilion. These parks are not maintained by the Department of Recreation, Parks, and Tourism but are still considered county parks as significant funding was provided in their development through Maryland’s Open Space Program.
