About EMU Jones Natatorium

Located inside the Olds-Robb Student Recreation/Intramural Complex, Jones Natatorium is the home venue for Eastern Michigan University's swimming and diving team.

The pool is an Olympic-sized 50M pool with spring (1M and 3M) and platform (5M, 7M, and 10M) diving boards. Jones Natatorium has held numerous state and local swimming and diving competitions.

Our divers train in a beautiful 50m x 25 yd pool

- Two 1 meter springboards
- Two 3 meter springboards on concrete
- 5, 7.5 & 10 meter platforms with rough-tex surfacing
- Bubbler system to accelerate learning
- 1 meter springboard water spotting rig
- 3 meter springboard water spotting rig
- 5 meter platform water spotting rig
- Three trampolines (two with spotting rigs)
- 2 dry boards, one with spotting rig
- Floor/Platform spotting rig
- Somersaulting simulator chair
- 30x6’ carpeted spring floor
- Two 30'x6’carpeted foam floors
- Five 32 inch flat screens with Tivo systems on all dryland and water stations
- 8 sets of stall bars
- 5 speaker surround sound system in dry gym
