Arlington Hills Community Center is a joint facility run by Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and the Saint Paul Public Library. The community center includes a library, fitness center, Createch Studio teen center, after-school programs, open gym, tot-time, athletics, ​field rentals, rental space for parties, meetings, and events, and so much more.
