About Tri-State Expo

The Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is the annual fundraiser for the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition. The fairgrounds are not subsidized by Potter County, making a successful fair crucial to the city of Amarillo. When the fair is successful the Exposition is able to make our facilities an attraction to many across the United States.

Nearly every weekend the fairgrounds has an event that draws visitors from out of the area. This puts money back into the pockets of many, many businesses in Amarillo as well as area students through our scholarship fund. The facility is equipped to host Rodeos, Equestrian events, wrestling tournaments and other sporting competitions.
