By Land :
St. Pete is easily accessible for motorists via I-275, the north-south Interstate that connects to I-75 in Tampa and re-connects to I-75 in Manatee County.

By Air:
St. Petersburg is the birthplace of commercial aviation, with the historic start of the St. Petersburg - Tampa Airboat Line in 1914. This region is served by many fine airports, including:

Tampa International Airport (TPA)– 25 minutes north of downtown St. Petersburg, consistently ranked among the world’s best airports.

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)- Only 4 miles north of St. Petersburg and 13 miles away from Clearwater Beach.
