The ASM Global-managed Convention Center consistently exceeds guest and meeting planner expectations by offering a five-star food service, state-of the-art technology, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED®) Gold-certified, and outstanding service in a modern, eco-friendly facility in a spectacular location. The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center is undergoing a $1.3 billion expansion project. The transformed venue will be bigger and better than ever at 1.2 million sq. ft. with a spectacular 65,000 sq. ft. waterfront ballroom, a 801 rooms connecting upscale headquarter hotel operated by Omni, plus original dining concepts, enhanced water-taxi access, and an expansive outdoor waterfront plaza. The East Expansion is expected to be completed by fall 2025.
