About The Proving Grounds
The state-of-the-art sports fields at The Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, PA are available for tournaments and leagues for multiple sports. Soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, rugby, baseball and football clubs can rent our outdoor fields for tournaments, league play, practice and much more. On-site concessions and indoor restrooms add to both the athlete & spectator experience.
Our competition level synthetic sports fields are superior for men’s & women’s collegiate level and semi-professional teams. The synthetic turf used on all eight of our outdoor fields and our indoor field was manufactured using the latest technology. We’re proud to be home to the Villanova Women’s Field Hockey Team, who practice & play on our state-of-the-art water-based astro turf field with lighting.
The Proving Grounds boasts eight outdoors sports fields available for rent all year long. With more than 80 acres of outdoor turf, your league can enjoy unlimited play on a safe, durable and state-of-the-art field year-round! All of our sports fields are equipped with lighting and striped for men’s and women’s lacrosse, soccer, field hockey and more.
