The 2025 Hub City Cup Kicks off in Lubbock, TX this Weekend
The Hub City Cup returns to Lubbock, TX this weekend for the 2nd year at the Berl Huffman Athletic Complex, this year 97 teams are expected to compete which will make it one of the biggest soccer tournaments to come through West Texas in the last few years. Teams from DFW, Midland-Odessa, Abilene, Amarillo, and New Mexico are all expected to be represented and will be a great way to kick off the 2025 soccer season in Lubbock. Wes Kittley High School Classic set to return to Lubbock this weekend January 24-5
1000s of High School Track & Field Athletes from across Texas and the entire SW Region expected in Lubbock this weekend to run in the Wes Kittle High School classic as the event returns to the Sports Performance Center on the campus of Texas Tech University. The event which did not take place in 2024 due to construction is expected to have one of the biggest turn outs in its history and will no doubt be one of the top Indoor Track & Field Meets this season in the country.
