The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) shared an optimistic outlook for tourism in Montgomery County, PA to 650 attendees at the organization’s Annual Luncheon event at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks.

Athletes and families alike will be happy to plan out their weekend activities around competitions in southeastern Pennsylvania – a mecca of Fall Fun, not to mention home to beautiful foliage when the leaves start changing!

The team is proud to have hosted 40+ events this summer, with a total of 18 different sports and 13 events new to the area.

Valley Forge Sports is thrilled to be working with the PGA to welcome this newly re-branded event into Montgomery County in 2025.

Once the day’s competition is over, play time has just begun. Valley Forge has a whole range of possibilities that will appeal to participants, parents, and family members who just come along for the ride. And if tournament-goers want to extend the tournament into a mini family vacation, there’s no better place.

The first two locations will be in Dallas and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Valley Forge Sports celebrates this event returning for the 33rd Annual Tournament, where over 6,000 players will compete.

Valley Forge Sports is thrilled to be hosting 12 events this month, with a total of seven different sports and five events new to the area. June will see more than 15,000+ room nights sold and an estimated $18 million in economic impact.

The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) and TNSTP American Kickball League announced an adult, recreational kickball tournament coming to The Proving Grounds in Conshohocken this June.

Last year, more than 1,200 runners and walkers from 22 different U.S. states and two countries competed in the hybrid race. All proceeds from this signature event benefit Valley Forge National Historical Park, which has a significant economic impact on the region, generally contributing $36 million and several hundred jobs to the local economy.
