Basketball is back! The Texas Legends’ 2024-2025 season is here! This season is expected to be an exciting one for the Legends as they not only welcome back three returning players to their roster but also three two-way players shared with the Dallas Mavericks roster. This season will be nothing but pure excitement for the Texas Legends as they look to bring success to not only their team but also the Dallas Mavericks organization.

Frisco, TX — The college bowl season returns to Frisco, Texas, with the 2024 Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl on Tuesday, December 17, at 8 p.m. CT/9 p.m. ET at Toyota Stadium. The game will air live on ESPN.

The Savannah Bananas announced during the 2025 Banana Ball World Tour City Draft that the Texas Tailgaters will be playing at Riders Field in Frisco, Texas in 2025. The PGA of America announced today that tickets for the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship are now available for purchase. This event marks the first women’s Major Championship, and second Major Championship overall, to be played on Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco, the Home of the PGA of America and Omni PGA Frisco Resort. This edition of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship will be the first in its 70-year history to be played in Texas.

The 10-nation tournament, which features the best men’s players in the world under the age of 18, began in 1999 and will be played on U.S. soil for just the fourth time.

The East-West Shrine Bowl, the oldest college football all-star game in the country, unveiled one-of-a-kind football trading cards featuring North Texas football legends who have participated in the historic game. Commemorative cards for Pro Football Hall of Famers Bob Lilly, “Mean” Joe Greene, Roger Staubach and Randy White were unveiled as part of a photo-opt at The Star on Wednesday, October 25, 99 days before the 99th annual East-West Shrine Bowl.
